1. Processing Time

  • Returns occur within 4–10 working days from the date of package receipt by us.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your initial payment method pending approval.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from receipt.
  • Products need to be unworn, unused, in original condition as received with all original packaging and tags attached in order to be considered eligible.
  • Returns that do not abide by these terms may be denied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale merchandise, closing-out jackets, and merchandise that is on sale might not be returned.
  • Gift cards and custom gifts cannot be returned.

4. Refund Conditions

  • The refund is issued after inspection and receipt of the products that have been returned.
  • The refunds will be issued on the initial mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges do not transfer for a refund, except for damaged or defective goods.

5. Return Process

  • Pack the merchandise tightly within the original package.
  • Send goods to the address given by our support staff.
  • Once it's received, we will inspect it and let you know that your refund has been approved.

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers will be liable for shipping costs for returns except for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • We encourage using a trackable shipping method so that it can arrive safely.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your package is faulty or damaged, please call within 30 bussiness days of receipt with photos and your reference from the order.
  • We will provide for a replacement or full refund as is appropriate.

8. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To replace an item, please exchange the original product for a refund and reorder a new item of choice.
